Our
VINEYARDS
At the winery, we follow the same principle: intervene only as much as needed and let the grapes express themselves.
We make small-batch wines, with fermentations and ageing designed to preserve the identity of each plot and each grape variety. These are artisanal, vibrant and distinctive wines, created to express the character of the place and the work of the people behind every bottle.
Because for us, a wine’s story doesn’t begin when it enters the winery.
It begins much earlier: with an old vine, the soil, the harvest and the hands that care for it.

Our winery
Our vineyards are located around Venta del Moro, on the plateau of the Cabriel River, an area of outstanding scenic beauty and winemaking heritage.
We work primarily with Bobal, the region’s great native grape variety, sourced from old vines grown at an altitude of approximately 750–900 metres. These vines have grown for decades, adapting to the climate, the soil and the distinctive landscape.
Viticulture is an essential part of the way we make our wines. We champion traditional, nature-friendly growing methods, working the land and harvesting by hand.
